How do you choose what merchandise is on your site?

We have paired up with vendors from all over the world. We spend time carefully selecting the best products for our customers. We look for classic accessories but also pieces that are unique. We inspect and review our pieces, to make sure we love them and that our customers will love them too.

Do you only ship to the United States?

No, we can ship to all over the world. However, we can't guarantee a delivery date, duties, and taxes that are out of our control.

How long does shipping take?

We are currently only shipping ground. We ship from our warehouse overseas. Shipping can take up to three weeks depending on where you are located. However, we are currently providing our customers with free shipping. Read more about our shipping policy here.

What if I order more than one product, do they ship together?

Possibly. Our products are selected from various vendors. So you might buy products all from the same vendor, or a variety. So, your packages might be delivered on different days.

What currency are your products in?

We are located in the U.S. and all orders are processed in USD. At this time, our website does not accept multiple currencies.  

What happens if I don't receive my order?

We hope that this never happens, but if it does please contacts us at support@audreypamela.com

What happens if my order comes damaged or defective?

Oh no! We work with great vendors to make sure this never happens. But things do happen, and if this occurs please send pictures and a description to support@audreypamela.com. Make sure this is within 30 days of receiving your product(s). We will send out a new product or a refund to you. Sorry! But sale items can not be refunded or exchanged.
